• Video production includes familiarity with DSLR cameras, various HD and SD formats, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography
• Pre-production planning
• Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro
• Basic understanding and usage of Canva (or similar)

ServiceNow Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, CSM)

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Implementation:

* Implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with digital transformation goals.

* Customize and extend the platform to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience.

* Optimize ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules to meet evolving business needs.

2. IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM):

* Enhance operational visibility, event management, and orchestration to streamline IT operations.

* Work on CMDB and AIOps integrations to support predictive analytics and proactive incident resolution.

5. Customer Service Management (CSM):

* Implement CSM solutions that enhance the customer service experience and enable seamless case management, self-service portals, and knowledge management.

* Integrate CSM with other ServiceNow modules to create a unified customer service approach.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM, ITSM, ITOM) certification is essential.

* Proven experience in developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions on ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.

* Proficiency in ServiceNow development and CI/CD practices.

Job Description:

Manage reception and front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, etc.

Handle customer’s enquiries and concerns politely and professionally.

Provide specialised and comprehensive wellness treatment services to customers.

Provide consistent and professional wellness treatments to customers.

Ensure high level of service standards.

6 day work per week, works on weekends.

Requirement:

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in TCM TuiNa.

Ability to provide professional foot wellness therapy and TCM TuiNa wellness therapy.

Carry out wellness treatment according to company procedure and service standard.

Knowledge of TCM Meridian and Wellness is preferred.

Laboratory Specialist

Our client is a manufacturer of petrochemical company. They are currently seeking for Laboratory Specialist to join the Singapore Manufacturing Technical Team.

The role of the Laboratory Specialist includes:

• Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished products using state-of-the-art Lab instruments like XRF, GC-FID, ICP etc
• Prepare and standardize all necessary reagents in accordance with specified methods
• Ensure product identification, results, status and traceability is maintained within the Lab Information Management System Database (LIMS)
• Maintain and upkeep Laboratory instruments and workstation
• Any other duties & responsibilities which the supervisor may assign from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering will be an advantage
• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Chemical Process Technology
• Some working experience in a petrochemical plant is an advantage
• Meticulous and detailed
• Basic Computer literacy
• Embraces change and keen to learn
