Responsibilities

• Coordination between customers and operations

• Support and growth and business development team

• Assist the Head Operations/Business Development Director in resolving operations issues

• Arrange to meet up with clients and take charge of ad hoc projects and events

• Liaising with clients on their requirements

• Conducting incident and accident investigations and report writing where necessary

• Manage day-to-day deployment of busses and drivers

• Tabulate summary report for finance to prepare for billing (project basis)

• Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any

• Pass log sheet to clients

• Provide clients with the vehicle details

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• 2-5 years' proven track record in transportation industry.
• Experienced in fleet management will be desirable.
• Computer literate.
• Good comminication and planning /scheduling skills
• Strong team player and excellent leadership.
• A quick thinker, fast and alert at tll times

Responsibilities

• Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
• Execute all company’s therapists related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
• Plan therapists training and skillset assessment
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

• This is a full time role for an Insurance Operations Executive located in Alexandra Road. Our client is one of the leading car rental agency in Singapore and you will be responsible for assisting the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative tasks related to motor and general insurance. Responsibilities include liaising with insurance companies, customers, and coordinating new or renewal quotations. The role also covers handling insurance sales in the showroom and managing insurance renewals from the existing customer database. Key duties include processing insurance documentation, maintaining ethical business practices, and ensuring both customer and company needs are met. Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP.Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
