Job Description
In your role as Senior Manager, you will be:
- Cyber Security pre-sales expertise with hands-on Agile experience
- Agile insider, in different roles, you have practised methods such as Scrum, XP or Lean, and Kanban and you are familiar with Continuous Delivery and DevSec Ops
- Develop and lead security account plans and strategies for each assigned account using all available resources (executive sponsors, marketing, product partners, services BU, etc)
- Deliver projects covering a broad range of Cybersecurity and Digital Risk topics, and occasionally Digital Transformation, IT strategy, Business Transformation
- Informs clients of new integrated solutions offerings and recommends integrated solutions that suit clients’ business needs
- Craft high-level relationships within assigned accounts to win incremental product and services business
- Responsible for preparation and submission of bids documents and proposals
- Work with technical resources to present a competitive analysis, proposals and solutions to response to client requirement
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant grad or postgrad degree in Information security, Cyber Security, Information Technology
- 15-20 years+ in the field of cyber security/ Information security delivery & Sales
- With preferred certifications of CCSK/CCSP, CISSP, CISM, PSPO, PSM etc.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge or understanding of IT/cybersecurity topics
- Ambition to grow consulting as well as technical skills, and a strong work ethic
- Professionalism in attitude and conduct; exhibit honesty and integrity and can build trust with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Prior digital transformation/IT or data analysis experience
- First experience in consulting/advisory or project management
- Command of Microsoft Office
- Command of an additional language
