Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach the Customer Service Assistants (CSA) in the handling of daily customer orders and requests.

• Supervise and ensure that order processing of customer’s receipt and issue orders are promptly and accurately performed by the staff.

• Booking processing (based on SLA), COO application, LC submission within the SLA

Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . Organise events (80%)

What Will You Do

• Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving sea export, sea import, warehouse and truck.
• To monitor pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support (sea import only).
