Key Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Operations Department and reporting directly to the Manager/HOD, this individual is required to work with various stakeholders consisting of internal departments, Government agencies (SSG, CPE etc.) to oversee grant management and disbursements to support the various SCCIOB programmes.

Grant Management – To prepare and seek approval for grant claim submissions, monitor and report grant utilization and disbursement status, oversee ad-hoc grant audits and queries.

Programme Management – To oversee all grant matters and policies pertaining to specific programme types. This includes evaluating funding applications, managing grant appeals, as well as budgeting and disbursement.

Stakeholders’ Engagement – To manage internal and external stakeholders to best support the day-to-day functions of the Operations Department.

Processes Management – Leverage on technology to streamline, manage and review internal processes and control points to ensure effective and efficient administration of grant & operational matters.

Grant Performance Reporting – To conduct data analysis to draw insights on the financial position of SCCIOB, including grant allocation, utilization & disbursement status for each programme type.

Ad-hoc Assignments - Mentor and supervise staff as assigned, undertake any special project as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

• Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business and other quantitative fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous and numerically inclined
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Broad Function

• Plan, execute and support the functions of the Clinical Services Office; Work closely with the Chairman, Medical Board, Deputy Director, Clinical Services, Clinical Heads, other staff members of Clinical Services, internal and external stakeholders.
• Have the opportunity to participate in other roles within the Clinical Services office for growth and development

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive professional matters for Medical staff including managing Visiting Consultant appointments, and Service and Quality Component processes, in close collaboration with Human Resources.
• Manage the credentialing & privileging (C&P) application and recredentialing process within the Hospital, including maintaining the privileging databases and provide secretariat support to the C&P committee.
• Manage the clinical governance processes and providing guidance on setup and reporting by Clinical Board subcommittees.
• Manage intranet and Internet and their scope which are under Clinical Services’s purview
• Manage doctors related matters, including secretariat support to the Junior Doctors’ Committee, management of call rooms and doctors’ events
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate/work on the development or update of Clinical Services’ policies and work instructions.

General

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Medical Board and/or Deputy Director, Clinical Services.
• Participate in meetings or events run by Clinical Services, including secretariat duties where required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1-3 years of related experience
• Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations/services, medical affairs, audit) would be advantageous
• Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
• Possess a good command of written and spoken language
• Meticulous, positive attitude and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain high standard of service excellence to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Preparation of clinic for daily operations prior to opening and facilitate proper handover at the end of each clinic session and at end closing time.
• Assist doctors and act as chaperones during in-clinic consultations and teleconsultations, providing translation support when necessary.
• Timely follow-up of administrative tasks after clinic sessions, including handling inquiries, educating patients on managing appointments and making payments online e.g., using HealthHub, and scheduling appointments promptly.
• Handle counter duties with precision for accurate registration and billing.
• Attend to patient enquiries through various platforms, e.g., face-to-face, phone, and emails.
• Provide financial counselling with knowledge of financial schemes available to patients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective teamwork.
• PC / computer literacy and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) and staggered working hours (from 8am to 5.30pm; 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm).

BASIC FUNCTIONS

We are looking for Marine Senior Service Engineers for commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of marine Generator. Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with assembly and repair of Marine Generator, and/or familiar with marine electronics and automation systems.

SPECIFIC RESPONSBILITIES

• Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
• Providing after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
• Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project.
• Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
• Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
• Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
• Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
• Maintain close working relationship with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
• Develop service training material, ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
• Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• This position requires fair amount of traveling in the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region
• A team player with strong problem-solving skills and task oriented
• Possess strong customer service orientation, enthusiasm for power generation products, electrical and control system
• Candidates with equivalent professional background will be considered
• Prior electrical and control experience with various control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization system will be advantageous
