Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in non-profit operations, preferably in the community care/ elder care sector.
• Strong passion and understanding of the community care/ eldercare regulations, clinical and industry best practices through international work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision and mission into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify new client opportunities and oversee entry

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the company meets or exceeds client expectations, operational goals, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with department heads (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the company.

Financial Oversight:
