Manages rooms and function space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for JW Marriott Singapore South Beach. Responsible for building rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel(s)’ inventory systems. The position makes pricing and positioning recommendations for market hotels. Conducts analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory. Position contributes to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections. We are looking for a Financial Risk Management team member with strengths in credit and market risks to complement our team. As part of your responsibilities, you will be:

• Maintaining the risk policies, framework, calibrating limits and performing associated work related to credit, market and other risks to ensure that we operate within our risk appetite.
• Perform reviews on and independent validation of our internal credit rating process which is largely in fixed income as part of regulatory expectation.

OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supply Chain Strategy

• Develop a Singapore Supply Chain Strategy that results in meeting company financial objectives and growth and retention strategies

• Provide input to business planning activities with horizons of typically 1 to 4 years

• Ensure the strategy is effectively implemented and delivers supply Chain solutions that meet the needs of the clients and the business

• Monitor and measure the delivery and effectiveness of the Supply Chain strategy, spotting challenges and rectifying blocks early-on.

Supply Chain and Spend management

EVe Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore’s leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTA tasked with managing EV charging point (EVCP) deployment for HDB carparks and undertaking supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.
