• Ensure that events and service requests are handled successfully and within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) by taking responsibility for them.

IT Asset Management

• For smooth operations, make sure the projectors and other collaboration tools in the conference room are operating properly.

Managing Vendors & Finances

• To get the best value for your money, get quotes, oversee the purchase, and invoice for IT equipment and licensing.

Main responsibilities

Application Monitoring

· Define and implement the needed application monitoring for timely incident detection. Use monitoring as code whenever possible.

· Supervise and monitor daily and monthly batch chains, which take place during the Singapore morning and early afternoon time, to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize downtime.
