· Support ad-hoc coordination and tracking of logistics requests (e.g. Loan of washers/fridges to customers, consignment stock and fixtures arrangement).

· Coordinate with external partners/ promoters on floor and/or fixture and renovation changes.

Experience

• Provide 7 x 24 operational support for all production practices including weekends for applications
• Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues, with eye for details
• Uses technical knowledge to provide solutions to complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Possess good domain knowledge on banking channels

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage end-to-end process of programme information/promotional material deliverables and metadata to clients after the conclusion of sales.
• This involves working with various stakeholders across the organisation and external stakeholders in the course of programme material collation.
• To ensure programme material collated are of required standard and to resolve and find solutions to rectify issues when necessary.
• To resolve issues with video team when clients encounter video problems.
