Reporting to Senior Manager Revenue and working closely with Business Units, the Revenue Analyst plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring timely revenue recognition and billing to customers, analyse as well as continuous improvements in portfolio under his/her care align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for billing promptness and work closely with Business Units for revenue recognition, accuracy in billing data and billing completeness

2. Administration of customer contracts to ensure billing accuracy and completeness

3. Perform analysis on revenue and unbilled receivables trending

4. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing on billing related activities

5. Lead a team of 6-8 members to carry out billing functions

6. Liaise with internal and external auditors

7. Drive improvements and projects that align with company-wide improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap, especially on billing related initiatives/system

8. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assign by management

Requirements

1. CA/CPA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of accounting/auditing experience

3. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules or SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

5. Strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for process improvements

6. Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment

Billing Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. You will play a key role in analysing billing and operational data, optimising billing processes and implementing new billing systems.

Your Tasks

1. Billing Management

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients/customers accurately and timely.
• Manage billing cycles, ensuring all data is captured accurately and deadlines are met.
• Handle billing inquiries from internal departments and external customers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, identify issues, and implement solutions.

2. Data Analysis, Reporting, Management

• Use Excel and database tools and write queries to manage and analyse and visualise billing, financial and revenue datasets to track billing metrics and KPIs.
• Generate and maintain accurate financial reports, including accounts receivable, aging reports, and revenue trends.
• Identify billing inconsistencies and ensure data integrity through regular audits, data reconciliation and variance analysis.

3. Process Optimization

• Improve billing processes and systems, streamline workflow and ensure integration with financial systems (e.g. ERP systems) through automation and collaboration with Finance, Operations and IT.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures, data processing workflows, and financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
• Support external and internal audits by providing accurate billing records and reports.

Your Profile

• A minimum of a diploma in Accounting or Finance, or other highly analytical field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in billing will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, complex formulas, PivotTables, data validation).
• Strong experience with database tools such as SQL, MS Access, or similar database management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and billing software is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and work flows and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.

Job Description

Responsible for being the technical support of owned Fugro vessels within the assigned region (APAC, MEI, EU AF, or Americas). Ensures regional availability of marine technical assurance. Assists in the establishing and execution of maintenance and repair work scopes in line with the set global standards.

Technical Management – Technical Advisor

• Collaborates with the Chief Engineer on technical matters.
• Advises the Vessel Manager on the technical status of the vessel.
• Advises the Vessel Manager on the technical budget requirements of the vessel.
• Ensures maintenance such as overhaul of engines, is properly specified, assists procurement on the tender process and advises on the bid tabulation for the final vendor selection.

Technical Management – Maintenance System

• Responsible for an up-to-date planned maintenance system. Reviews all planned, and repair work scopes reported and adjusts the planned maintenance program in collaboration with the Maintenance and reliability engineers as required.

Technical Management - Maintenance & Repairs

• Continuously ensures maintenance and repair work scopes are clearly specified for tender purposes.
• Technical spokesperson for the vessel towards 3rd party service providers on technical matters. Where maintenance or repairs are done ashore the decision taker on minimum required scope.

Technical Management – Emergency Readiness

• Ensures up to date emergency docking plans and documents.

Vessel Assurance

• Responsible for an annual technical review of the vessel, reporting the technical state of the vessel and its equipment, including completeness of documentation, obsolesces prospects or issues.
• In collaboration with the Chief Engineer, conducts Technical Investigations and defines Root Causes for Technical Downtime events of the vessel and ensures that lessons learned are implemented.
• Executes vessel inspections upon request of the Regional Fleet Manager.

About You:

• Bachelors in mechanical engineering/engineer related.
• 3 years experience as Chief Engineer and or Technical Superintendent preferred.
• Training matrix + Valid Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) certification

• Verify all Maintenance History File (MHF) worksheets & release certificates from vendors is complete & with accurate information of work performed.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, your primary responsibility is to work within the Global IT Operations. As part of the first line of support, you will be stationed in the Asia Pacific Distribution Centre (APDC) to support the various critical IT systems and equipment.

Your main responsibility focuses on the 2nd line support while seamlessly transitioning to 1st line of support as necessary, assisting users remotely through phone, email, or remote desktop tools, and offering on-site support.
