A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Act as Incident first responder, reviewing and verifying system alerts
• Perform security incident discovery, triage, and remediation plan coordination.
• Daily analysis of SIEM events to identify malicious events and define use-cases to alert the operations team on threat events.
• Identified and onboarded assets into SIEM with all necessary use cases, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitoring of security procedures and practices; recommend optimizations and improvements when gaps are identified
• Provide support on IDS, SIEM, vulnerability management systems (VMS) and advanced endpoint detection/prevention.
• Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

We expect our reporters to develop a high level of market expertise in certain niche sectors, publish quality prices and insightful content in line with the company’s PRA approach, and work within a regional and global team to support the development and adoption of Fastmarkets' prices and embrace our EEI strategy (Expertise, Engagement & Innovation).

Principal accountabilities

· Foster in-depth knowledge of the voluntary carbon markets across nature and tech-based solutions, including fundamentals, policy, market trends, and key participants to generate representative prices and world-class content

· Collect pricing data and set prices in line with the company’s robust methodology, price specifications and IOSCO principles

· Back colleagues up on their pricing patches to provide cover and consistency for the market and build up a wider knowledge base

· Peer review prices to verify that processes have been followed and editorial judgement applied correctly to ensure our prices are representative

· Write market commentaries, breaking news and insightful copy with PRA angles, to support the growth in readership and the use of Fastmarkets’ prices in physical and financial contracts.

· Manage and expand the number of industry contacts that submit pricing data and give news exclusives, using all means of communication including face-to-face meetings and networking

· Handle questions from contacts and the market about the dynamics of particular pricing sessions, seeking guidance from senior reporters or section editor when inquiries are sensitive, to make our processes and judgement transparent to the market

· Assist the section editor to review and manage the existing pipeline of prices and identify new price launch opportunities

· Help foster Fastmarkets’ prices and expertise through the team’s market engagement plan, which includes producing PRA content, white papers and infographics, participating to internal and external events, promoting the company on social media, and attending industry meetings.

Key interfaces

· Work within a global team to develop prices, news and market commentary.

· Reports to regional editor, team leader or regional managing editor, depending on regions and commodity sectors.

· Work with other functions when necessary while maintaining the required segregation between editorial and commercial activities; support Fastmarkets events in relevant commodity sector and partner with the strategy and market development team to support price adoption campaigns and exchange listings.

The Media Planner role will primarily be responsible for day-to-day accounts’ campaign planning, operations and reporting & reconciliation. The role will be closely supported + guided by an Associate Manager, and will be the direct report as your immediate escalation.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Planner:

1. Planning 

• Day to day campaign planning and management
• Develop solid foundation in media research
• Develop media strategy, channel recommendations, and prepare detailed media plan with sound rationalizing
• Liaise with media vendors and internal practices for media proposals 
• Competitive tracking & reviews (quarterly), media trend updates (monthly)

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media vendors for rates and value adds 
• Liaison with media vendors for booking of ads (offline and direct IOs buys)
• Operations of digital campaign set ups, primarily on adservers and social platforms (Meta, Linkedin, Tiktok, Google Ads)
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission requirements and deadlines
• Navigate and advise on requirement for site-tagging on client’s site/apps, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing
• Campaign monitoring and preparation of reporting cadences (depending on arrangement with clients/campaigns – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

3. Reporting & Reconciliation

• End of campaign report preparation with meaningful insights and learnings
• Responsible to ensure campaign is updated on finance platforms
• Supporting finance or team’s buyer in following up issues with vendors’ invoices
• Liaison with team’s buyer on timely invoicing for ended campaigns
• Supporting in year end reviews with accounts on hand

1. Activation Calendar & Trade Plan

• Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated
• Manage and update the full-year Trade Plan according to changes from Markets, and carry out detailed analysis of YOY trade data by line and by Market

1. Animation Planning & Preparation

• Assist the Marketing team in the feedback of activity proposals from the Markets (podiums, offline activities, and in-store events)
• Assist the Marketing team in developing trade tools adapted to APAC markets for all activations across the region
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Markets

1. Visual Merchandising

• Assist the Marketing team in providing in-store VM guidelines and feedback to the Markets
• Assist the Marketing team in developing VM display tools adapted to APAC markets

1. Competition Research & Analysis

• Prepare monthly newsletter detailing key competitor offline and online animations
• Monthly monitoring of competitor product positioning in key markets
• Mystery shopping to monitor competition best practices and key launches
• Conduct in-depth research about industry best practice in terms of Trade Marketing, new launches, and promotion plans (ability to leverage on Chinese sources is required)

1. Translations

• Support the Marketing team in Chinese English translation of contents from Local Markets, and English Chinese translation of regional trade tool content

• Support the Regional team for any ad hoc request
• Support the team in the financial processing of quotations, invoices and updating of budget expenses
