Job Responsibilities

A. Support Strategic Planning Initiatives

• Assist in the month-end closing, including completion of the month end close files

• Manages Subcontracts with Detailed Engineering Subcontractor, Transportation and Installation Subcontractor, and Offshore Hookup and Commissioning Subcontractor
• Reviews Subcontract Tender Documents prepared by contracts engineers, participate in technical and commercial clarifications, evaluate and recommend suitable tenderer to award
• Reviews subcontract documentation and ensure it is in accordance to legal and customer requirements and subsequent execution of subcontract
• Reviews and manages approval of work orders
• Leads team of contract engineers and quantities surveyors when necessary
• Manages the contract variation order process for the project
• Works closely with customers and legal team on contract settlement
• Attends Client meetings and queries on contractual and commercial
• Prepares and reviews project costing report to ensure that project expenditures are within budget and in compliance with the contractual specifications
• Handles various project costing reporting to corporate as required
• Manages the billing and payment follow-up process and monitors project milestone/progress to ensure timely progressive payments in accordance to the contract conditions
• Finalises project final accounts with customer, and settlement with subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to commit overtime as and when required
