Position Overview:

The Photographer/Videographer will capture and create visual content for various purposes, including marketing, advertising, and storytelling. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and plan visual content in collaboration with clients, and project managers.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper composition, lighting, and framing.
• Edit and retouch images/videos to enhance quality, consistency, and visual appeal using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, FinalCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to photography and videography.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including raw files, edited images/videos, and project archives.
• Will need to design and keep track of monthly shoot calendar
• Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots, and arranging equipment.
• Collaborate with other creative professionals, such as graphic designers, to ensure visual content aligns with overall brand identity and messaging.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering exceptional results.
• Maintain and operate photography/videography equipment, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and functionality.
• Assist with marketing initiatives by providing visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cancer Navigator’s core duty is to provide care and support for registered cancer patients through psycho-social interventions which contribute to patient’s overall well-being and improved quality of life. The term ‘client’ will be used to refer to cancer patients registered in the cancer care program.

• Identify client’s needs depending on which stage they are in the cancer journey (newly diagnosed, actively receiving cancer treatment, palliative/end-of-life, survivorship)Provide psycho-social and emotional support for clients through regular check-ins/home visits
• Link clients with relevant and suitable resources and services (such as financial assistance, food rations, transportation, mobility equipment, medical consumables etc.)
• Follow up with community partners to ensure continuity of care after referrals
• Refer client for counselling, and spiritual or mental health support as and when the needs arise
• Provide information or coordinate for clients to receive psychoeducation from medical/healthcare practitioners which could help them have better understanding of the cancer diagnosis, and its treatments and side effects
• Provide psychosocial and emotional support for caregivers/family members
• Maintain relationship and communicate frequently with clients and caregivers to assess their coping as they navigate their cancer journey
• Advocate for the needs of cancer patients and create awareness on cancer through community programs and publicity campaigns
• Document case recordings according to interventions provided for the client
• Facilitate support group sessions
• Carry out assigned administrative or coordinating duties

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Service, Community Health, Counselling, Psychology, Nursing (part-time undergraduates or post-graduate students and mature mid-career switch individuals are welcomed to join the team)
• Demonstrated experience in case management and supporting people impacted by illnesses/multiple adversities
• Skills in demonstrating warmth and empathy to individuals impacted by illnesses/ multiple adversities
• Interest in providing support for individuals/families from the lower socio-economic status
• Open to work with clients of various age groups (children, adolescents, young adults, middle adults, older adults)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and skills in photo/video editing is a bonus
• Can work well in a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate logistical requirements for in-house and external programmes
• Able to work on weekends as required by supervisor if the need arises (for outings with clients, support group sessions)
• Ability to travel for home-visits

Job Description

• Responsible for day to day operations of Building / Condominium.
• Ensure all contract work / routine service are carried out according as specified in their contract agreement.
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work with our technician personnel for relevant building certificates & licence renewal
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site / estate
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common property
• Prepare for council meetings and general meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting
• Assist Condominium Manager in Administrative work including a) Change of Mandate for proper financial operation of Clients' current and fixed deposit accounts. b) Review all contract, agreement and insurance before expiry and update latest list

Requirements

• 2 to years of relevant working experience
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills
• Mature and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
