About the Intrawise Coordinator(IWS) role:
Third Party Management Coordinator is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third Party Management Team. Coordinators are the main drivers to run independent projects, for achieving Wise's mission and being able to measure and assess the impact of outcomes. In this role, our team members have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of our internal services, how Wise leverages its scale to support teams across the globe and most importantly, their impact on our customers.
TPMT also ensures that the onboarding, maintaining and offboarding of third parties are in accordance with the Wise Intragroup framework
Expectations and Responsibilities for Third Party Management Coordinator
SLA Management – Oversee company and group wide agreed SLA’s, address ad-hoc issues, collaborate with SLA providers and country managers (receivers of services) ,to maintain and expand relationships.
Regulatory reporting - Create and present monthly presentations outlining all Intercompany SLA and KPI performance, ongoing issue management, breaches, new services and mitigation planning
Project Collaboration – Collaborate with Wisers to work redrafting and defining new SLA’s, contributing your expertise and skills to achieve project goals especially on a global scale.
Reporting Oversight – Autonomously oversee all SLA’s monitored around Wise, ensuring efficacy and reliability through SLA and KPI supervision
Effective Partner Communication – Independently lead communication with partners, fostering effective dialogue between internal stakeholders with different management structures; adeptly handle challenging discussions with professionalism and empathy.
Relationship Building – Recognise the importance of building effective relationships within the team, with key stakeholders and across the organisation. Foster strong connections to enhance collaboration, provide assistance, and share critical information
Process Improvement – Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose innovative solutions to improve group-wide processes, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The Intra Wise Coordinator is reporting directly to the Intrawise Lead.
