NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is a collaboration between Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (“Nanofilm”, “NTI”), Nanyang Technological University (“NTU”) and supported by Singapore under RIE2025. The Nanyang Technological University NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is seeking to hire a Research Fellow. The selected candidate will innovate hybridized composite materials and thin film coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, planning, and setting up of large-scale chemical vapor deposition (CVD) system.

• Design appropriate experiments for CVD growth of 3D boron nitride (BN) foams.

• Optimize CVD growth parameters to obtain tunable high-quality 3D BN foams.

• Perform and analyze SEM, TEM and Raman and other material characterization.

• Perform thermal characterization and real-application tests.

• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for meetings and project deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Possess PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related disciplines.

• Experience in operating CVD systems.

• Experience in nanomaterial characterization techniques.

• Good management skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent teamwork awareness.

• Good communication and writing in English.

• Strong responsibility for research/work.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and transportation providers
• Identifying and evaluating transportation options
• Planning and scheduling inbound and outbound transportation activities
• Coordinating transportation activities with other departments/divisions
• Monitoring transportation costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Negotiating rates and contracts with vendors and transportation providers
• Developing and implementing logistics plans to support company objectives
• Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control
• Supervising staff of logistics coordinators and other warehouse personnel

Requirements:

· Possess Singapore class 3 driving license

· Preferably someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, E-waste recycling or related field.

· Possess with the knowledge of air-conditioning / electrical system and warehousing

· Able to commit to OT/ 6 Days Work Week

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Review traffic layout plans
• Assess public feedback and develop traffic scheme design
• Laisse with consultants, contractors, advisors/grassroots leaders on external projects
• Prepare/plan Temporary traffic management scheme for temporary traffic diversion works
• Prepare reports on road conditions before and after traffic diversion.
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences related to Traffic Engineering jobs
• Experience in LTA projects traffic management & traffic diversion works
• Technical expertise and knowledge in traffic/road diversion jobs
• Proficient in different stages of traffic diversion works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and can use Auto CAD
• Attained CSCPM/BCSS certification
• Good interpersonal skills

• Responsible for All Precast segments casting work
• Responsible Precast Mould Assembly
• Profiling of Precast Segment Rebar and Post Tensioning Duct
• Preparation of Pre and Post Tensioning Calculation
• Ensure the quality of work as per the approved standard
• Assure that work is done according to safety work practices
• Post Tensioning Duct Layout and Profile works
• Coordinate with site Engineer and supervisor
• Assist with Senior Engineer and attend internal meetings

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering projects, inclusive of relevant experience in precast yard or fabrication yard
• Experienced in the fabrication of segmental box girder for viaduct, precast mould assembly & repair, and/or similar projects is preferred
• Knowledgeable on the applicable standards for the casting works
