• Work hours: 5 working days, weekly rotating morning and afternoon shift , 7:15 am to 4pm, 2:15pm to 11pm

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good rapport with customers
• Answering the telephone/ emails and manage customer's inquiries
• Work with other departments to fulfil client request, instructions and rectify issues

• Ensuring containers are collected and release as per daily plan
• Prepare daily operations report

Responsibilities and Duties

Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.

Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.

Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.

Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians.

Show expertise in working with team and independently.

Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.

Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.

Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.

Weld using cutting torch.

Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks and bobcats.

Comply with company and customer regulations and policies.

Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists.

Handle time accounting ad complete work order.

Manage positive customer and employee relations.

• Perform all testing activities and result reviewing associated with batch release and environmental monitoring.

Position objective and summary

• Conduct lab routine tasks, resolve trouble-shooting.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

• Participate in activity-based risk assessments.
• Arrange daily lab jobs and monitor equipment maintenance.
• Research treatment method and conduct waste treatment experiment.
• Operate instrument (ICP, Soxhlet extraction, Calorific value, Distillation, KF titration) and analyse data.

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

• More than 2 years working experience in laboratory will be advantage.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• At least Degree in Chemistry or any related course
• Experience in handling chemical equipment, Good analytical skills
• Self-motivated, optimistic, good working attitude.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
• Review work performed by the India Shared Service Centre on invoicing
• Maintain, monitor Customer PO utilization
• Respond to customer enquires on invoices, payments, SOA
• In charge of Credit Control
• Prepare AR month end journals and month end process
• Prepare AR reporting and accruals schedules
• Prepare AR monthly cash flow forecast.
• Assist in preparation of management reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures
• Assist in external parties queries (Audit / Tax / Corp Sect / Iras)
• Preparation of projects reports
• Government Survey
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in performing accounts receivable and credit control task.
• Prior experience in project accounting is a plus
• Involved in Audit process
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup)
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, hands-on, well-organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
• A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines
