Responsibilities:

• New product planning:

- Ideation: generate, develop, curate and prioritise ideas.

- Organise and define requirements based on market data and customer insights.

- Analyse industrial trends and do technology assessment.

- Evaluate scientific information to generate concepts for new product innovations; define product features.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

- Prepare and execute new product development (NPD) plan, ensuring processes occur within the

- Work with contract manufacturers for safety assessment and stability study of products.

- Define critical attributes of final products, work with Quality team to finalise product master specifications and list of required lab tests.

- Work with Regulatory Affairs to finalise label text of products and with designer for packaging design.

- Technical resource for Regulatory Affairs, including providing technical document such as formula, raw material COA, efficacy, stability and safety information.

- Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

- Present new product for management’s review.

• New product introduction:

- Technical resource for Marketing, including providing technical brief or info sheet of product.

- Conduct product training as part of professional education to regional trainer/ marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

• Post-launch product management:

- Reassess industry movement and re-evaluate competitor actions.

- Analyse product performance, profit and loss, and identify actions required.

- Manage incremental improvement for existing products.

- Liaise with contract manufacturers for necessary formula-related matters.

- React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.

Requirements:

Skilled and experienced VMware Workspace ONE engineer & Horizon will join our dynamic team. As a VMware Workspace ONE engineer, you will design, implement, and support VMware Workspace ONE solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain VMware Workspace ONE solutions based on client requirements.

The primary role of the Senior Executive / Executive, Operations is to provide support to the Manager, Operations and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner.

This individual will assist with assigned events, from sourcing, planning to event execution, resource management, coordinating and negotiate with different stakeholders and adhere to delivery timeline.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Manager, Operations on operation plans from the start to the end of the event, including contingency and risk management plans
• Coordinate with vendors such as transportation, accommodation, ticketing agent and venue to ensure adherence to event plans, budget, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and accurately
• Manage event expenditure within budget provided by Manager and liaise with finance on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement

• Resolve all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned
• Support department administration work such as counting stocks, post show archiving etc
• Handle and support team projects, such as merchandise, customer experience programs

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma with specialization in Events Management, Mass Communication or Project Management preferred
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the field of Events or Entertainment. Fresh Graduates are welcomed too
• Strong interest in the music/entertainment industry and possess great knowledge in music trends
• Great attention to detail, is highly responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
