The Crisis Support Executive (CSE) in the Crisis Support Team supports the work of the Core Services by conducting initial assessment of clients’ risks and needs. This includes classifying of incoming calls, emails and text messages according to the risk levels. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Analyst - Business Lead will work closely with traders and sales in FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit, Structured Products and Equity Derivatives to understand their functional requirements in order to implement the best fit technology solutions for T&M. Responsibilities:

• Understand trading and sales desk needs and develop strong business case and justification
• Act as the intermediary between front office, technology and project management teams to lead initiatives and change programs
• Analyse business process flows, create workflow diagrams and document business requirements
• Develop UAT test cases, test scenarios and execute the test plan

• Work closely with program management / project management teams to help deliver end to end solutioning.
• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical - information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
