Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support

Responsibilities

• Support the team in the preparation of proposal, tender submission and pitches at presentations to secure fee-based consultancy assignments
• Support the team to follow up with prospects and execute on various consultancy appointments, local and overseas
• Act as Support or Principal executive for carrying out consultancy assignments in the areas of market studies, feasibility studies, and other bespoke analyses
• Point of contact with clients and partners for selected consultancy work assigned by the Department Head

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Graduates with no relevant experience but with strong track record of internship experiences with real estate players and strong academic background in urban planning, real estate markets and financial analysis may be considered
• Good presentation, interpersonal & communication skills

• Strong client engagement skills, and customer oriented
