Summary:

Responsible for liaising with the Project Team for the Contract functions on the projects to which they are assigned. • Ensure timely billing to clients and compliance with AR procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit and credit notes.

Job Requirements

General Procurement Development

• Familiar with end-to-end procurement processes.
• Closely support and collaborate with facilities team to execute the end-to-end sourcing activities.

Job Description:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors for maintenance works
• Supervise work done by the contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the service level agreements.
