• Experience working in LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDN/SD-WAN/IPS/ISE
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network solutions that align with business objectives and ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Configure and optimize network devices to ensure seamless connectivity, data transmission, and network performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement necessary changes to optimize network performance and ensure high availability
• Implement network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and monitoring tools, to protect the organization's data and systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Stay updated with emerging network technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment
• Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests
• Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request
• Able to establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved
• Able to work independently

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7 or more years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, and advanced in routing protocols such as (BGP, OSPF)
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting various network devices
• Knowledge of advanced multicast routing and QOS is a plus
• Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, Web proxy and VPN technologies
• Relevant network certifications such as CCNP. CCIE is a plus
• Solid understanding of network monitoring tools and protocols
• Experience with Software Define Network technologies such as Cisco ACI is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
