Responsibilities:

1. Programme Management

• Plans, executes and implements sports and wellness outreach programme for children, with secondary focus on wellness programmes for seniors and youths.
• Assists in evaluating programme quality and impact

2. Resource and Relationship

• Recruits and supervises instructors and volunteers to ensure sufficient and effective programme execution
• Plans, conducts and coordinates orientation and training for instructors and volunteers accordingly
• Works closely with supervisor and resource development team to build, establish, coordinate and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders for funding, regulatory, volunteerism and outreach work, e.g., community partners, government agencies, volunteer-related agencies, funders and donors

• Collects, updates and analyses information and data for reporting and evaluation purposes
• Supports supervisor in planning annual goals, objectives and budget
• Prepares programme updates for monthly management reports
• Prepares monthly closing programme reports
