Position Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and retention, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating a mix of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media (Xiao Hong Shu, Tiktok, META), email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
· Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Management and Optimization
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
· Partner with internal creative/marketing team to create visually appealing assets for digital campaigns, including ad creatives, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.
Content Development and Management
· Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and multimedia assets.
· Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing channels to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
· Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Website Management and Optimization
· Manage and optimize the organization's website for improved user experience, search visibility, and conversion rate optimization.
· Collaborate with web development teams or agencies to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and META.
· Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to craft compelling digital content and communicate complex ideas effectively in social media, such as Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok.
