Responsibilities
Ā· Be current and knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
Ā· Administer, tabulate, and collate data for decision making.
Ā· Support payroll processing.
. Administer 6-monthly medical examination.
Ā· Support and administer on-boarding and off-boarding program.
Ā· Engage in dormitory Planning to optimize dormitory occupancy for operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Ā· Maintain current and accurate data for compliance and operation efficiency.
Ā· Complete statutory report and survey from statutory board, eg. MOM
Ā· Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Ā· A Level'/Diploma
Ā· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management
Ā· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Ā· Effective in both verbal and written communication
. Proficient in MS Office
