1. Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) / Construction or equivalent.·

2. Min 1 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.·

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.·

4. Knowledge in project management.·

5. With BCA BCPPF qualifications is an advantage.

6. Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.
