Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Finance Manager.

· Handle full set of accounts, AR, AP and month end closing.

· Preparation and submission of monthly GST.

· Monthly bank reconciliation.

· Credit limit control and weekly review on AR.

· Prepare daily payment by internet banking or cheque payment.

· Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters.

· Prepare staffs IR8A & IR21.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

· Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules.

· Assist in monthly stock take.

· Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.

· Management of inventory and issuing of sales invoices.

· To check on shipping quotations for export and import shipments.

· Assist in any ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;

· Strong understanding of accounting principles;

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment;

· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

You are required to work 1 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm

• Process and manage medical claims in a timely manner

• Evaluate and renew insurance with medical centres on a yearly basis

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or similar job scope is preferred

Job Description

• Attend to the needs of internal/external customers professionally and timely such that the customer's vehicle turnaround time is kept within the guideline.
• Quality check and provide professional recommendations for appropriate repairs, body & paint works or servicing, ensure works are done according to manufacturer standards & guidelines.

• Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any interdepartmental issues affecting service operations.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of workshop/service operations and making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Immediate Superior e.g., liaising with vendors, contractors and discussion with Business Development to launch aftersales promotion activities, etc.
• Prepare necessary reports when required.

• Class 3 Driving License preferred

This person will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing programmes to protect the University from cyber security threats. He/she is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering IT security-related activities in the organisation.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement Information Security Policies, standards, best practices for effective IT security, risk and compliance controls across the University;
• Manage security operations using security tools such as Firewalls, Splunk, Tenable Nessus, etc.;
• Educate, demonstrate and create awareness to staff and students on the security and data protection arenas;
• Evaluate, recommend and procure security solutions, products and services to defend against malicious activities and cyber-attacks;

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Information Technology;
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience;
• Good knowledge of information security principles, technologies, governance, compliance as well as International security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, etc.);
