Responsibilities:

• To receive and record technical and/ or application support and act as a level 1 support and provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for application issues. Training will be provided.
• To maintain overall ownership of issues and ensure that issues are resolved within service level agreement. Escalate priority issues to level 2 support if required.
• To perform systems administration/ maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
• To administer local development servers and environments, such as setup, configuration, user account management and backup management.
• To manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on infrastructure managed.
• To provide occasional after hours support for routine preventive system maintenance (remote support).
• To perform database administration such as SQL Server
• To assist Technical Manager on any other tasks as instructed

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for treatment and helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment. Advise patient on dental hygiene issues when necessary.
• To assist dentists in the provision of dental care and dental treatment for patients

• Assist in communication with patients for appointment reminders, appointment re-scheduling and related patient care issues.
• Assist in clinic operations, such as appointment booking, answering telephone calls, billing and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain good clinical, service and grooming standards as required by the hospital.
• To see to tidiness and cleanliness of the department, ensuring good filing system and see ot clinic administrative work.
• Assist to coordinate clinic operations between dental clinics (in other hospitals, such as deployment of staff, top-up of supplies, equipment maintenance, licenses, etc.)
• To participate actively in hospital QC projects and other corporate activities.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or HOD.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Dental surgery assistant certification (if any)
• Experience in hospital or clinic setting is an advantage but not essential

Requirements

The Role

The Senior Marketing Executive will support marketing initiatives in line with one, or several of our brand’s positioning, culture and philosophy. In this role, you will lead a team to help to raise awareness of the brand, drive sales, customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that are deployed.

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee end-to-end branding and marketing strategies and its implementation towards launches, campaigns and promotions.

- Manage, track and analyze performance of marketing efforts from both earned and paid media.

- Track and document performance, create reports and use learning and data to make evidence-based decisions.

- Plan and develop brand or promotions communication channels, strategy and oversee media buys.

- Oversee various in store, digital and OOH touch points.

- Oversee implementation of marketing calendar including execution and content.

- Ensure brand efforts and communications are in-line with brand identity and ethos.

- Seek collaboration and partnership opportunities.

- Liaise with PR agency for PR and KOL engagements.

- Ensure tracking of timelines and projects, together with budgets and results.

- Support with media buying strategies and oversee implementation and performance actively.

Requirements:

- Possess a Master's Degree in Marketing.

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the similar industries.
