• Interact with Demand and Supply Traders, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams to ensure that commercial opportunities can be facilitated under controlled conditions.
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships with new and existing counterparts.
• Compile and analyze metrics to assess process efficiency & experience to identify and drive improvement.
• Work independently, or with team members and management, on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and/or improve client service delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant trade processing or equities middle office experience
• Quick learner with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications

Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

-Verify and endorse all incoming products materials

-Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

-Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise

-Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting all food ingredients.

-Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, housekeeping.

-Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

-Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

-Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

-Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure timely and accurate fi ling of Annual Returns, Changes inCompany Particulars, and other statutory documents with the Accounting andCorporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
• Stay updated on the latest ACRA regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Support the Board of Directors in organizing and preparing board meetings,including drafting meeting agendas and minutes.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records, ensuring they are incompliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations aff ecting thecompany.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on corporategovernance matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including resolutions,minutes, and legal documents.
• Prepare and manage the documentation related to share transactions, transfers,and issuances.
• Act as a point of contact for company secretarial matters, providing guidance andsupport to internal teams.
• Collaborate with legal and fi nance teams to ensure alignment on corporate matters.
• Facilitate communication between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuringprompt response to queries and requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Law, or a related fi eld.
• Relevant professional qualifi cations in company secretarial practice (ICSA/ ICA/AIA/CPA).
• Min 2 years of experience in company secretarial roles in Singapore; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with ACRA filing requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Using all possible sources including (but not limited to) the internet, research and identify Singapore-based companies and filter their appropriate decision makers for contacting.
• Make contact with these prospects via email, cold calling, direct mail, or other means.
• Develop and continuously improve on effective scripts and messages to convince these prospects to consider CTSG, by arranging sales appointment.
• To maintain a database of prospects contacted and leads generated for future follow-up.
• With leads assigned to the Sales Managers, follow up with them to obtain regular updates on their status.
• Provide sales support to Sales Manager.
• Handle reports assigned by management.
• Develop a good working understanding of CTSG’s products and services and selling strategies.
• Attend lead generation and sales training for ongoing skills development.
• Any other ad hoc sales administrations duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant inside sales support / representative experience, preferably with Telco or IT (Software) background
• Working knowledge of telecommunications and products
• Savvy Internet researcher of companies and contacts
• Familiarity with using customer databases/systems
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese (to liaise and handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates and customers)
