• Evaluate and implement corrective measure on test result
• Prepare project specific electrical product operational and maintenance manuals
• Participate and support Project management teams in project meetings as and when required with Client and Contractor.
• Lead electrical engineer(s) on sizable project with complexity to plan, monitor and deliver project electrical engineering tasks and work packages
• Prepare project electrical and PLC architect/ guide and interface specification with PLC team

Scope:

• Supports HRBP in partnering and supporting stakeholders and employees in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, as well as talent management and development.
• Partner with HRBP in the delivery of key HR projec including policy and process reviews, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management and promotional exercises etc.
• Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service experience
• Educate employees on policy/system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input
• Support in manpower planning and projection of staff and work on manpower projections, budget and costings.
• Maintain and update Staff information databases
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to accelerate the integration of new staff
• Support HR initiative/projects/duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business
• Prior HR internship/ relevant HR experiences is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Attend project meetings and collaborate with the main contractor, consultants, asset team, and other stakeholders to address client requirements, regulatory issues, marketing and leasing needs, and property management concerns.
• Technical Oversight: Assist the Senior Manager in overseeing all technical changes, deviations, and modifications to designs and specifications.
• Project Delivery: Ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time, within the scope of designs and specifications, and within the budget set by management.
• Milestone Tracking: Maintain and monitor key milestones for assigned projects.
• Information Dissemination: Support the Senior Manager in providing project updates and information to management, stakeholders, joint venture partners, main contractor teams, and other relevant consultants.
• Document Management: Issue contracts, letters of award, purchase orders, RFPs (Requests for Proposal), tender requirements, and technical specifications as necessary.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and organize development meetings with the Asset Manager, management, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods or through accredited consultants.
• Issue Reporting: Report and escalate critical issues and significant discrepancies to management as needed.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitor cost overruns, variation orders, omissions, and deviations from contracts and specifications.
• Handover Process: Assist the Senior Manager in liaising with the asset team, appointed managing agents, and relevant third parties/vendors to ensure a smooth handover process to tenants and efficient operations throughout the lease tenure.
• Tenant Relations: Assist the property team in handling unsatisfactory incidents and tenant complaints during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project/Construction Management.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in managing and delivering development projects.
• Strong technical background with practical knowledge and/or hands-on experience in the project development/redevelopment industry.
• Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
