You are responsible for managing the contract manpower for Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU). • Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance

• Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.

• Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management

• Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower
