• Track, organise and collate data/statistics related to fostering and provide reports when required.
• Provide administrative support related to fostering publicity and recruitment, including, but not limited to, drafting emails/letters and logistical preparation for events.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support for meetings and discussion

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Degree
• Able to perform in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Able to work on weekends and after-office hours for outreach events, whenever necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Preferably at least 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative role.

Handles Full Spectrum of accounts payable

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Liaise with Main contractors on the payment issue

Requirement

Diploma in accountancy or ACCA Level 1

3-5 year experience in handling partial accounts

Meticulous and good interpersonal skills able to work under timeline pressure
