Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related field.

• Strong background in Project Management with a solid understanding of material science, particularly in polymer chemistry and processing technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and align research activities with business goals.
• Expertise in coordinating the development of materials with debonding on demand (DoD) functionalities and ensuring their commercial viability.
