Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Claims Advisors for supporting documents on claims negotiation/settlement.
• Liaise with Customer Service to ensure accurate & timely submission of Letter of Demand.
• Negotiate with insurers on claims offers relating to un-insured losses claims, loss of use/rental etc.
• Gather evidence on complex claims cases to show fair deal on liability judgements and claims offers.
• Provide advices on claims offers and updates on status to Claims Advisors and customers.
• Closure of claims and escalate cases to direct manager on overdue / low insurers’ offers
• Submit Refund forms for claims upon receiving insurers’ payment confirmation
• Updates report and details of insurers’ claims payments to customers.
• Ensure claims document are organized and updated for easy trackable.
• Sort documents based on category and status of each claim at designated area
• Update related reports/records for on-time tracking of status.
• Perform claims processes to achieve company’s KPI.
• Updating of reports on bi-monthly basis

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience handling Motor Insurance
• Minimum GCE "O" level.
• Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
