Position Summary: Efficiently manage operations for our prestigious client accounts by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and thus delivering high-quality data to clients as per agreed timelines.

Position Requirements:

Client management:

1. Act as a single point of contact for clients to maintain the relationship
2. Get trained on BARE systems/reports for clients
3. Responsible for end to end project delivery i.e. development, optimization & delivery of client projects

  Ensure that travellers are advised of any destination risks they are travelling to
  Set up a framework to risk assess staff group travel and incentive travel and ensure that concentration risk is being managed
  Provide group travel information to Group Security in a timely manner
  Manage the Travel Insurance Policy and be the point of contact for any claims process
  Maintain an updated listing of all travellers (both Corporate and FCs) of the locations (including hotel locations)
  Develop and maintain travel emergency protocols
  Work with teams managing Group Travel for Agency or Corporate to ensure compliance to policy and that trips are properly risk assessed

• Support GPS Client managers on new requirements/ RFP to help coordinate initial meetings on requirements, able to suggest solution options with IT engagement. Navigate IT organization for prioritization of requirements and take a lead to work with IT to put a plan for execution
• Track and maintain list of repeated incidents with identified root cause Coordinate and chair regular meeting with IT system leads and GPS on remediation plan for the same
• knowledge building on IT systems, process, and practices e.g.: plot End to End Payments flow, build a repository of Key contacts IT, OPS and keep them updated
• Better process and governance of issues and current communication with a view to automate process, reduce effort and bring efficiency
• Help put best practices for TAM and share them with other markets. Will be responsible to do cross market interaction with TAM in other markets and act as back up
• Work with Client managers and Product owners to better product knowledge on payments

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering (Computer / Software engineer). 5 years of experience in banking and finance

This role reports to the APAC Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery and Coordination (60%)

• Ensure all verticals work together effectively to meet project needs and client expectations by checking in regularly with relevant stakeholders to scope work, identify appropriate resources and resource needs, and communicate to customers
• Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work towards resolving them
• Anticipate and make trade-offs, balancing business needs with technical/operational constraints
• Navigate complex stakeholder tiers to prioritize work and understand the level of details needed in presentations/progress reports
• Manage and prioritize the workloads of the team against agreed targets
• Monitor project progress to meet performance and quality targets

People Development (40%)

• Work closely with vertical leads to identify talent development needs in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth
• Partner HR in growing talent and accelerating their learning
• Coach and advise project team members on consulting best practices
• Dissemination of knowledge and best practices across the organization to drive knowledge transfer

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in leading complex business systems/applications projects
• At least 3 years in a client facing or consulting role
• Proven ability to build and maintain long term stakeholder support

• Anaplan knowledge strongly preferred but not required
