JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the EU to accelerate the revenue growth and development in the EU. This individual should have extensive business development experience, especially in the Pharma and Consumer Health industries, primarily in the EU , focusing on generating new leads, and building new partnerships.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

Reporting to : Global Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hitting ambitious revenue targets
• Work closely with other team members to execute plans for growing the business
• Identify and research potential clients
• Lead the effort to expand and grow client base, especially developing the EU Markets beyond the existing business
• Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the team
• Review proposals to be sent to clients
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop proposals
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop, build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with clients
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Work closely with the Marketing team and the Growth Manager to track the Revenue/Growth KPIs
• Align to the Company’s Culture and participate in developing the sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required
• 15 years of experience in the Sales development in the EU Life Sciences industry
• Self starter with high level of autonomy
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Ability to work well with a team, and on a multi-cultural global basis
• Excellent commercial experience in multiple markets, building management relationships, contract negotiations etc
• Excellent communication and language skills, English proficiency a must
• Willingness to work in a global, multi-time zone company environment
• Organized, analytical, and results-orientated individual who enjoys a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g.,CPA, ACCA) preferred.

-Work Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, and auditing-related areas, and 2+ years of solid team management experience.
• Working in IC design company is preferred.

-Capability

• Have professional financial knowledge and accounting processing experience;
• Proficient in Singapore's accounting standards and policies, familiar with financial, tax, and auditing-related laws and regulations;
• Have good financial analysis skills, excellent professional judgment skills, and financial processing experience;
• Familiar with the application of ERP systems and general office software;

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day finance processes, responsible for organizing and managing comprehensive financial management and accounting work; (eg: reviewing financial revenue, expenditure, and year-end accounting, auditing work,)
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets to improve the company's operational efficiency and capital utilization efficiency;
• Assist to establish the internal control system for financial management, formulate rules and regulations related to financial management and inspection, and conduct risk control;
• Assist to review economic contracts and propose forward-looking early warning and measures and suggestions from aspects such as finance, risk control, and policies;
• Make the management of corporate tax revenue, help the company to enjoy preferential tax policies, and reduce corporate tax costs; complete tax declaration work on time;
• Report the company's operating status, results, financial revenue, and expenditure plans, and implementation to the superior, provide financial analysis, and provide financial recommendations.
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, government, and other treasury services.
