Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Strategize and design job roles to attract top talent
• Lead the talent acquisition process, utilizing AI-powered recruitment tools to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, and onboarding preparations for new employees
• Manage and nurture the talent pool to support organizational growth and succession planning
Training & Development
• Develop and monitor comprehensive training and development plans tailored to individual and organizational needs, leveraging AI-driven insights to identify relevant learning opportunities
• Identify relevant training opportunities aligned to individual & company growth
Performance Management
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage AI analytics for performance tracking and evaluation
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and actionable steps for improvement
• Ensure timely initiation of action steps and provide management with bi-weekly updates
Incentive & Talent Management
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Propose and manage incentive schemes aligned with company objectives
Conflict Resolution
• Identify and resolve disputes promptly and effectively, maintaining standards and discipline in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Facilitate fair and impartial conflict resolution processes
Culture Lead
• Lead and direct as the HR expert, nurturing a positive working environment infused with a culture of learning and innovation, leveraging AI tools and resources
• Encourage the adoption and utilization of AI technologies within and between departments to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making processes, and employee development initiatives
HR Administrative
• Explore and recommend AI-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline HR administrative processes, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, and employee documentation
• Stay updated on emerging AI applications in HR and proactively integrate relevant technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and data-driven decision-making
• Ensure legal compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices proactively.
• Maintain and update the HR system, process employee claims with Finance, and oversee welfare and administrative matters
• Prepare documentations and process all applications including, but not limited to, grants and trainings
• Review, update and implement HR policies, and to upkeep the employee handbook
• To take on any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR managerial roles, with a solid understanding of HR best practices, trends, and regulatory changes
• Ability to leverage AI tools and analytics for talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to handling confidential matters
• Demonstrated proactiveness and ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR, such as AI-powered recruitment tools and predictive analytics, is preferred
• Experience in grant applications and a minimum of 3 years in HR or related fields are advantageous.
