Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Transfer Agency team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all transfer agency activities, including investor onboarding, AML reviews, FATCA & CRS reviews and transaction processing, are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate operational risks.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Fund Accounting, to ensure seamless service delivery and to support the overall objectives of the business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification related to Compliance is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transfer agency, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fund administration or financial services environment.
