We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and optimise the affiliate program. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners. Your expertise in performance marketing and data analysis will be instrumental in maximising the effectiveness of affiliate channels.

Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and timely payments.
• Proactively identify, recruit, and engage new affiliate partners across all markets, focusing on finding partners who align with our target audience and brand values.
• Collaborate with agency partners to analyse program data, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion, click-through, and overall ROl.

You:

• Prior experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific challenges businesses face in managing cross-border payments is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as Secretariat in the organizing committee for the Teachers’ Investiture Ceremony (TIC).

• Prepare the notification of completion of programme and invitation letter to TIC for graduands.
