• Apply business management techniques to propose business decisions that impact cross-functional teams, internal and external partners

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• More than 8 years of experience in the Healthcare / Patient experience-related industry, preferably experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) operations
• Demonstrate understanding of healthcare, call center, benefits, clinical programs and setup is preferable
• Demonstrable track record of managing third party relationships
• Strong operational background, able to get hands on in developing processes, policies and SLAs from ground-up.
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple locations
• Thrive in meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure
• Strong facilitation and organisational development skills

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling of appointments, managing staff shifts, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, sterile environment for nail treatments and services.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the salon is well-stocked with nail polish, files, and other necessary tools.
• Hire, train, and supervise nail technicians and other salon staff, providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients, including social media promotion and loyalty programs.
• Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and manage salon expenses to ensure profitability.
• Organize special events or promotional activities within the salon to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
