8) Negotiate transportation rates or services.
9) Design models for use in evaluating logistics programs or services.

10) Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.
11) Prepare or file certification applications.
12) Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
13) Recommend purchase of new or improved technology, such as automated systems.
14) Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
15) Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
16) Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
17) Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
18 Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
19) Conduct or review audits for logistics activities, such as storage, distribution, or transportation.

• Coordinate daily scheduled deliveries with customers to minimize trailer collection and shifting
• Coordinate with sites for loading, unloading, trailer collection and shifting activities
• Assist with addressing all driver issues as needed
• Manage the duty phone and handle customer inquiries
• Cross-deployment for other logistics controller roles in their absence

Requirement

• Minimum N level or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Mandarin fluency required, as the majority of drivers are Mandarin-speaking mainland Chinese
• Responsible, reliable and with a positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• Prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
• Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20 - 30 kg
• Able to work long hours and weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class 3 Licence (if have is a Plus point)
