Office Management:

• Manage and maintain branch’s correspondence system with HO such as HO OA system and branch official emails.

YOUR ROLE:

The Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support an on-premises cloud infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Puppet/Chef/Elk/Azure/Openstack. Senior DevOps Engineer will be expected to conduct workshops with client to identify their challenges, come up with transformation roadmap and deliver technical solutions while coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practices.

The Client Service Director, Fund Services acts as the single point of contact and is responsible for the overall delivery and management of specific global Fund Services clients. This role plays an integral part of the client experience, accountable for the oversight of operational service delivery in line with the contract(s) and SLA(s), using strong relationship management skills when liaising with local operational teams in all countries from which the client is serviced.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of an ongoing commercial and operational relationship with the client to ensure year on year delivery of contracted revenues.
