As a videographer, you will brings together the worlds of production, content, entertainment, mobile and brand building. You will help source, manage and execute video projects from pre-production to post-production. Product photography experience is a plus. You will assist in the management of every facet of the production process from talent procurement, briefing, establishing timelines, to the final work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out all technical & creative aspects of video planning, recording and editing from start to completion
• Ensure that the project is consistent with the brand guidelines established.
• Be savvy and work with social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage and archive video footage.
• May required to help out with miscellaneous administrative and pre-production work such as prop management, talent management, call sheets and equipment lists.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video (FSV) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting the Manager, you will manage and maintain donor relationships and executive the community partners’ engagement strategy. Your primary role is to facilitate third party fundraising activities, seek new fundraisers and manage the existing charity fundraisers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, plan and execute the strategy and tactics for charity fundraisers
2. Lead and nurture next generation potential ambassadors and facilitate interested ones to sign up as SCS Charity Ambassadors
3. Facilitate and assist in managing third party fundraising events (e.g. preparation of MOU, liaison point between the Society and fundraiser, closure of campaign).
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to students who commit to fundraise for the Society under Citi-YMCA Youth for Causes programme.
5. Support flagships such as Race Against Cancer, Relay for Life, Charity Golf or Charity Gala Dinner.
6. Maintain and ensure that all 3rd Party information is captured, stored and handled in compliance with the persona data protection act (PDPA).
7. Administrative duties include preparation of purchase requisitions via Tenderboard, generate purchasing orders.
8. Ensure that administrative matters including periodic reports, record keeping is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
9. Facilitate and assist with the collection and distribution of donation boxes
10. Ensure that NETs QR code stickers are properly secured in selected and approved retail outlets and public places.
11. Facilitate and assist with online giving portals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in marketing or business management
