2. Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures;

3. Attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit;

4. Update client’s database electronically;

5. Scanning client’s signed documents;

6. Daily redirection of mails to clients for letters received on their behalf / notify them via email letter received;

7. Other corporate secretarial support in restructuring or adhoc assignments from time-to-time;

8. Handling client payroll records and calculate monthly salary; and

9. Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Positive work attitude with strong initiatives, strong sense of responsibility and a team player;

2. Proficient in both spoken and written English and mandarin;

3. Independent, self-motivated and possesses good interpersonal skills;

4. Proficiency in computer software; and

5. Able to work under pressure & meet deadline

If some model are not familiar, you can learn from the job , as long, as you are willing to learn, hardworking. Job scope is service , repair vehicles and other. Able to handle machine for car service. Use software to check vehicle problem. Service our value customer enquiries with polite and professional manner. Sometime, need to work OT after office hour. OT will be paid. At times, need to dismantle whole car , to savage parts. Most important is, no attitude problem. Able to work with working staff. Know what is right or wrong , when worker gossip. No gang up in work to target any staff. Work fairly. Expect to work long hour, if necessary , with OT pay. More details will be briefed during the interview.
