Job Description:-

• Handling of Customer Enquiries & Feedback via our Communication Touchpoints (Call, Email, WhatsApp, and etc)
• To respond to customer’s service enquiries. This will include scheduling of appointment with our technicians and updating the customer
• To follow-up with sales enquiries. For new orders, to work with sales coordinator to generate the invoice & scheduling of delivery.
• To handle feedback and provide supplementary information like pricing, stock availability and etc
• Providing support to the sales team
• Assisting the sales team to arrange with customers on the servicing of products
• Handling of 1-to-1 exchange process
• To ensure that display sets are in proper working condition at point of sales
• To manage our service partners
• To ensure that leads provided are promptly attended to
• Provide product information and details to enquiries by our service partners
• Scheduling of installations for our customers with our service partners
• Handle feedback from customers with regards to our service partners

Requirement: -

• A ‘ready to serve’ mentality and a ‘willingness to serve’ heart
• 5 days’ work week (require to rotate once a month to manage our Business WhatsApp on Saturday from 0900hrs to 1300hrs) working from home
• Preferably two years of working experience in similar field
• Able to communicate / written with English and Mandarin in order to assist Mandarin speaking clients on their queries and concerns.
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Be in charge of filtering & broadcasting available tuition assignments via the company's various outreach channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email & many more)
• Assist in actively profiling tutors and marketing them in a way which captures the consumer's attention based on their required needs
• Assist in sales-closing & after-sales process. Work cohesively with other team members to solve unique day-to-day problems

Responsibilities:

Accounting and tax reporting

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of staff claims by cut-off dates.

· Liaise with internal stakeholders on claims discrepancies.

· Prepare intercompany billing.

Monthly Closing

· Ensure timely reconciliation for online sales.

· Prepare and maintain sales discount file for upload to Power BI/Microsoft BC

Others

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

· Diploma in Accounting or with relevant qualification.

· About 1 to 3 years of accounting experience

· Having worked for a medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare corporation is an added advantage.

· IT savvy and proficient with MS Excel and Word.

· Experience with ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Business Analytics such as Power BI will be advantageous.

Tendering/Contract Administration for Permanent Built (Fit out and thematic attractions), events and exhibitions, and location based entertainment projects.

A Day in the Life:

• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including BOQ with the Project Manager for tender submission
• Contract administration in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and financial procedures
• Provide recommendations and advice to Project Manager on variations, valuations, term and conditions
• Prepare Cost Estimate
• Undertake cost analysis and monitor the cash flow for awarded projects
• Negotiate with suppliers for best quotations
• Sourcing quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers and preparation of award documentation
• Assess sub-contractors/suppliers’ claims
• Prepare progress claims for submission to consultants/clients
• Attend site valuation with consultants
• Prepare costing for variation orders
• Ensure timely review and approval/reconciliation of variation orders
• Prepare purchase order and payment requisition
• Prepare closing of projects
• Maintenance of cost data management system.
• Assisting in audit queries

What We are Looking For:

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction/commercial projects/retail and corporate office interior
• Experience in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be of great advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
