Job Description

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Set up and install Surveillance equipment and systems.
• Knowledge in network system security.
• Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/ IT Engineering.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
