Position Summary:

The Workload Automation & Scheduling group is responsible for engineering and support of the Workload Automation IT infrastructure for Visa Inc. and VisaNet via Vendor Tools and Homegrown Web Application Utilities. The team is responsible for all technical aspects of design and build for the Workload Automation lifecycle from project initialization, system installation, application test & build and maintenance, operational support to application and system decommissioning. • Works closely with Assistant Manager to provide administrative support on corporate transactions such as bridge financing, deal closures, exits, and restructuring

• Undertake to review of corporate documentation including but not limited to legal agreements and resolutions

• Assist banking relationships and treasury management of bridge facilities

• Oversee relationships with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial service providers, and fund administrators on various corporate matters

• Manage and track regulatory inspection matters in particularly ACRA filling

• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and provide advice to the business

• Handle new initiatives and projects to constantly strive to improve the compliance team and the work undertaken

Education and/or Work Experience

• University Degree holder preferred

• Compliance experience in private equity firm preferred or alternatively candidates who has in depth experience on company secretarial matters

• Dynamic and assertive individual who is up for challenges and is a motivated self-starter

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required

• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead effective implementation of projects in Deposit Group
• Handle requirement analysis, functional specification review and sign off

Requirements

• Degree in Banking/Finance/Business with at least 3-5 years of experience in Account Services (customer account opening/update/closing) & credit limits creation/update operations or related function
• Experience in project management an added advantage
• Ability to manage projects with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications
