You will assist the Centre for Resident and Faculty Development (CRAFD) and Office of Residents’ Affairs (ORA) teams in e-learning and resource management for residents, as well as support the outreach activities for the purpose of engaging local and overseas medical students, Residents and Post Graduate Year 1s. Prepare high quality civil structural and infrastructural drawings
Examine and check drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
Maintain and adhere to office and project filing systems
Assist in administration and documentation of projects, including prepare manuals
Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual
Work closely with the project team on any update and changes to drawings
