Our client operates more than 30 TCM clinics, Tuina centres, wellness centres, Women's & Children's clinics and medical retail outlets across Singapore. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand recruitment needs, proactively sourcing talent, screening candidates, and working with marketing on recruitment materials. It includes managing recruitment platforms, attending career fairs, and updating recruitment reports. Additionally, the person is responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date, and handling payroll processing, including CPF contributions and tax filings. The role also supports various HR functions like compensation, performance management, and staff engagement, while assisting in HR process improvements and training junior staff. Other duties may include participation in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience as a Senior Executive would be a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant located in Commonwealth Drive. Our client is a local Board Game store and distributor. You will manage the daily operations of a centre, ensuring its smooth functioning by overseeing both administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling student and staff records, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and managing the collection of fees. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the staff’s welfare, preparing duty rosters, and providing guidance on classroom management. Monthly staff meetings are conducted to plan and review programmes for the centre, and the individual will collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide feedback and necessary support. A key part of the role is motivating the team to achieve excellence, meet centre targets, and fulfil key performance indicators. Role Overview:

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in managing accounting teams within an accounting/outsourcing firm, with an audit background preferred.
• Proven track record in effectively handling quality management, process enhancement, and team leadership.

• Capable of handling consolidations and technical topics on SFRS and IFRS.

About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

• Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accountancy, Business admin will be advantageous.
• Ideally, you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with SAP and other IT technologies such as: web services and web frontends (JavaScript,.Net), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL).
