The Global Payments middle platform product line is to provide unified payment solutions for all our international product lines, such as TikTok, Helo, games, education, etc.
Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems under the Global Payments product line, and continually solves quality and efficiency problems to ensure that Global Payments provides a highly reliable and stable service for our international products.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Global Payments product line, and ensure this middle platform provides a stable and reliable service for the upstream business from business and technology dimensions.
Responsibilities:
1. Possess the development ability to build test environments, and able to coordinate with the development / introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency, and achieve the actual quality effect in the business;
2. Have the ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test and release process;
3. Have strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently;
4. Good at finding, positioning, analysing and summarising problems;
5. Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related technical discipline;
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of software testing and development;
3. Proficient in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, Python, Go.
4. Good communication and problem solving skills, good execution and enforcement, good document writing ability;
5. Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Able to help with the landing of new hires and enable them to ramp up quickly.
7. Familiar with SDLC process, and different testing phases in SDLC. 8. Experience with payments system and payments channel system is a plus;
9. Experience with payment channel related test development is a plus.
