THE ROLE

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• A team leader, with prior experience building, managing, growing, and mentoring a team of high-performing engineers and facing off to stakeholders
• Experienced in developing & owning consumer facing tech (web / mobile web / app)
• Expertise in a wide range of popular frameworks and tools across front and back end development (10+ years of commercial experience)
• Deep knowledge on how to build a modern software architecture that is well-structured, scalable, resilient, secure, performant & extensible. This often includes the knowledge of how an application would interact with its supporting infrastructure
• Broad range of exposure to modern persistence tech (relational, NoSQL, distributed cache)
